Reservation policy: Reservations received less than 48 hours (not including weekends and hoildays) before an event cannot be guaranteed. Registrations after the deadline or at the door will be accepted on a space available basis with an additional $5 charge. Cancellations must be made 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays) before the program for a refund.
