The Allen County Law Library has several archival collections including the Indiana Acts. The Allen County Law Library’s resources are available for the Judges, their law clerks and staff. Allen County employees have access to the library for work-related research. The Law Library is a membership-only library for attorneys in Allen County and in the surrounding counties.
The library is not open to the general public nor can the staff of the library answer any legal questions or give legal advice.
The Law Library offers many benefits for its members. As a part of their membership benefits, Library members can conduct free online Lexis research in the library and only pay for the printing costs. The Lexis resources that are available to Library members include treatises such as Collier on Bankruptcy, Benders Forms of Discovery, Larson on Employment, Moore’s Federal Practice and a complete Indiana Library, as well access to all 50 states codes and cases. Library members have the use of a private conference room with a telephone to meet with clients and/or other attorneys. Another benefit of library membership is the after-hours access to use the library, with the purchase of a key card.

$125.00 for attorneys residing outside of Allen County
$ 95.00 for retired attorneys
Firm memberships are also available and determined by the number of attorneys in a firm.
Copies: $.35 - .45 per page for members; $.85 for non members
After-hours access: $25.00 per card
